Shipping

Every piece is packed by hand, with its own care card and a note from the archive. Below is what to expect once you reserve.

Pieces in the archive (in stock)

Ready-made pieces ship within 2 business days of your order, from the Gold Coast. Standard tracked shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days. International tracked shipping takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Commissioned pieces (made to order, the Final Window)

Commissioned pieces are sent to the jewellers in batches every few days. Most are made and shipped within 4–6 weeks of your reservation. A small number — those crafted by our specialist jewellers — take 6–8 weeks. You will receive an update when your piece is in production, and another with tracking when it ships.

Engagement rings (the studio)

Studio pieces are made one at a time, after design approval and deposit. Production typically takes 6–10 weeks depending on the design and the stones. Final shipping is fully insured and signature-on-delivery, included in the price.

Duties and taxes

Australian orders include GST. International orders are shipped DDU (delivered duties unpaid) — the receiving country's customs may charge duties or taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
